The feast of St. John Bosco, father and teacher of youth was held in our school on 31st January 2020. We were blessed to have Most Rev. Bp. Sounduraraju Perianayagam, SDB, D.D, a Salesian bishop as a chief guest to preside over the celebration and to share the dream and wish of Don Bosco to us. He was accompanied by Rev. Fr. Michael Viyagulam SDB, the guest of honour for the celebration. He was also the former headmaster of our school. The feast began with the cultural program in the morning. Our students staged an one act play on Don Bosco in English. The Bishop and the guests were amazed to see our children speaking in English fluently and acting well. It was followed by the solemn Eucharistic Celebration and festive lunch. A good number of priests, religious, well-wishers, parents, friends and past pupils of the locality and the vicariate took part in the celebration.
